Verify your email, create a direct API app or connect Salla, and connect your WhatsApp Business account through Meta. Sending requires an activated number, a funded package, an enabled destination, and recorded customer consent.

Outside a customer’s 24-hour service window, use an approved Meta template. Messages stop when your package limit is reached. Salla bills Salla packages; direct API packages use Stripe in USD.

API quick start

Create a direct API app in Integrations and securely save the API secret shown once. Send a POST request to /api/v1/messages/send with Authorization: Bearer sk_… and a unique Idempotency-Key. Reuse the same key only when retrying the exact same message.

An unknown provider outcome requires reconciliation. Do not submit the same message with a new key. Campaigns and automations follow the same consent, template, and quota rules.

Account closure

Request closure in Settings. Sending stops immediately; cancellation and provider disconnection run in the background. Records remain until the approved retention policy permits deletion.
